Last weekend, I needed some planters to hang from a leftover yard stake/pole/hanger. I can't think of the name because it's been a long day. You get the idea. So I started digging in the garage stash because it seemed like such a waste to just go to the store to just quickly and effortlessly purchase something new. No way! So I came out of the garage with some planters made from a galvanized bucket and a retro jello mold. I think they turned out pretty good and the best thing is that it's something that I can say I made and it didn't cost me anything (except a few bucks when I found them in a junk store). So get out there and have fun with your yard and reuse what you can. It's the project results that bring satisfaction every time you look at them.
