Copper Kettle Duplex Birdhouse with Clock, Horn & Trumpet Parts
This is a one-of-a-kind upcycled, recycled "duplex" birdhouse crafted from a vintage copper kettle/teapot. I manipulated many found pieces to pull this creation together. Inside, I craft a piece of sheet metal that i hinged so that it can be taken out completed for cleaning. The custom fit and the lid hold it in place. On the outside, I used everything from a bridal bouquet silverplate holder to trumpet and coronet parts. I hope you enjoy it!
